Should be strong in CSS and HTML5
Should be strong in Flash
Proficient in JQUERY
Strong communication and Analytical skills.
Team oriented with good interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with co-workers
Nice to have:
Some experience in 960 grid system, designing mobile application layouts.
Salary : 20% above current salary or industry best.
