Position summary Ernst & Young Knowledge supports a variety of collaboration, knowledge, and information products for the firm's 170,000 employees globally. The position is responsible for supporting the global SharePoint Product Management and Community Enablement groups to help communities and individuals leverage new community and social SharePoint products. Specifically, this role will be focused ongoing reporting and completion of daily operations activities to manage and maintain the new SharePoint environment. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Assist the product team and end users by: - Leveraging the existing organizational reporting infrastructure to accommodate ongoing and ad hoc metrics and web analytics reporting while taking into account emerging business requirements
- Managing the content moderation queue, including the creation of required documentation and following established processes for resolving and escalating issues with inappropriate usage
- Manage the provisioning process - receiving site requests and completing the necessary follow-up activities to ensure a timely response, including documentation, escalation, and gathering additional information.
- Providing guidance and assistance to requestors during the provisioning process
- Identifying ways to continuously improve the provisioning and decommissioning processes and experience for requestors
- Manage the decommissioning process - regularly reviewing sites after they are deployed to identify duplications and other potential issues that may require intervention or additional review. Providing recommendations for merging, archiving, and deleting reviewed sites and obtain necessary sign-off to take action.

Knowledge and skills requirements: - Detail oriented.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work cross-functionally as part of a local, virtual, and global team
- Good problem solving, mathematical, and analytical skills. Knowledge of basic statistical principles
- Good communication skills – written and verbal
- Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills. Ability to meet deadlines and work successfully with minimal supervision.
- Ability to prioritize and adapt to change quickly
- Comfortable navigating through ambiguity
- Experience with SharePoint 2010 required
- Internet savvy. Familiarity with collaboration and social tools a plus
- Experience with web analytics a plus
- Experience with geographically diverse teams a plus
- Experience of process definition and implementation a plus
