Job Description:	Develop multimedia projects using Flex. Communicate the daily progress of tasks and risks to Stakeholders. Experience in developing on Flex technologies, good exposure on AS3. Good exposure on object oriented concepts and design patterns. Good problem solving skills. Exposure in Flash.
Preferred Skills:	Should be a graduate, (preferably computer related) with 2 to 5 years of experience in Flex. Other competencies desired are Communication & Influencing skills, & Decision Making, Stress Tolerance, Team working and Planning and organizing.
