Job Description:	Understand the requirements, Design and develop Desktop & web Projects. Troubleshoot and fix problems independently. Liaising with the support and development teams in the UK. Communicate the daily progress of tasks and risks to Stakeholders. Provide technical help to team members. Experience in web development. Experience in .Net, C# .Net 2.0, 3.5.SQL Server. Good understanding on OOP concepts and design skills. Experience in communicating and liaising with remote team. Knowledge in Silverlight/ WPF.
Preferred Skills:	Should be a graduate, (preferably computer related) with 4-6 years experience in web development. Other competencies desired are excellent communication and inter-personal skills, good planning, organising & time management skills, Should be a quick learner with an eye for detail, ability to prioritize work, drive for results within deadlines, escalate issues at an early stage to Line Manager and counterparts in UK, demonstrate a high degree of self motivation and tenacity to get the job done.
