Job Description:	Create CSS/HTML for web pages from PSDs and optimise. Edit images from PSDs and optimise to use it on web pages. Estimate the work and communicate progress to stakeholders. Experience in HTML. Advanced CSS (Optimisation, validation, using standards). Experience in CSS Div based design. Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver. Knowledge on Graphical Design (mainly on PSD editing and optimisation). Knowledge on JavaScript. Experience in web application developments is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills:	Graduate in any discipline with 2 to 4 years of experience in Graphical Designing. Other competencies desired are Communication & Influencing, Judgment & Decision Making, Business awareness, Stress Tolerance, Team working and Planning and organizing.
