Job Description:	Create/review and execute test scripts from documented requirements Assist in Planning /Estimation and Test Strategy Preparation Defect logging using Quality Centre Reporting risks, issues and progress on a regular basis Should have automation testing experience mainly load testing . Should have good knowledge of ISO/CMM processes.
Preferred Skills:	Should be a BE / B Tech graduate with 4 to 6 years of experience in Manual Testing on web and windows based application. Other competencies desired are Communication & Influencing, Good presentation skills, Team working, Planning and organizing.
